Although I was a little doubtful when I tried out 4UKey and found it unimpressive and had only a few features, it's pretty enough to solve my problem. unexpected to me, recommended.
I always forget my backup password, this is useful and cheap. So I buy the lifetime license.

This software saved my butt when I had several users who didn't remember or never properly set up their screen time passcode, so they couldn't wipe their old phones. Overall the GUI is very intuitive and walks you through every step. Support has been excellent.
I set a screen time passcode but forgot it. Try to find it back on my iPhone but failed. And I don’t want to lose my data by restoring it. I compared several tools and finally chose 4ukey. So easy and quick.
