How to Restore Deleted WhatsApp Messages on Android without Backup

Step 1. Connect Your Android Device

Launch UltData - Android Data Recovery and choose the feature "Recover WhatsApp Data".

Use the USB cable that comes with your Android device to connect to the computer.

Step 2. Enable USB Debugging

Drop down the notification bar on your Android phone, find the USB options and tick 'Transferring files'. Then, open the Settings and type 'build' in the search box. Choose 'Build number' from search results and tap it 7 times

Note: You can click the button on the bottom right or left if you fail to enable USB debugging or connect to the device. Then, follow the on-screen instruction.

Next, simply click "OK" to allow USB debugging in your Android device.

If the window doesn’t appear on your device, please click “Show Again” on the program.

Step 3. Start Scanning WhatsApp Data

Once the program detects your Android device, it will show you the following screen. Click “Start” button to find deleted Whatsapp data in your device.

Please log into WhatsApp account in your device. If you have already done, click “Yes, I want to continue” button to continue.

Note: To avoid data loss, please follow the screen to backup WhatsApp first.

After clicking the button "Backed up! Continue", UltData - Android Data Recovery will start to scan the WhatsApp data in your device.

Notes: During the process, the device may restart. Follow the prompts in the pop-up window.

After a few minutes, click the "back up my data" button in your device. (If the authorization pop-up box does not appear in the device, click "show Again" in the program.)

Step 4. Preview and Recover WhatsApp Data

When the scanning process has done, all WhatsApp data will be displayed including those deleted data. Select the file you want to restore and then click the "recover" button to save the lost data to your PC.

Select the photos you want to recover and then click the “Recover” button in the lower-right corner.
